Beach weather Ameland this week

Tuesday starts pleasantly with 93% sunshine, but at 19 degrees it remains fresh. Northerly winds (4 Bft) create a brisk breeze on the beach. The sea water at 21 degrees is more comfortable than the air. UV index stands at 6, so apply sunscreen generously.

Wednesday becomes considerably more pleasant: 24 degrees and plenty of sunshine. Thursday and Friday bring summery beach weather with 30 degrees, light winds (3 Bft) from the south-east and almost uninterrupted sun. Perfect days for sea and beach, but don't forget sunscreen at UV 6.

The weekend cools noticeably. Saturday sees temperatures drop to 23 degrees, Sunday to 20. Both days remain largely dry, but northerly winds return. Monday sees the chance of precipitation increase to 25% at 21 degrees.
