Tuesday starts fresh with 20 degrees and mostly sunny skies, but a northerly wind at force 4 keeps the beach cool. The swimming water at 21 degrees is cooler than the air. Wednesday becomes more pleasant: 24 degrees with plenty of sunshine and the wind shifting to the east.
